I would like to take a moment to express my thanks and
appreciation for six great years in The Cascades in Ocala
Florida. While a tenant there, I successfully grew my businesses
to be what they are today. Beginning in a small two-room office, moving
to a four-room and then into a much larger space three years ago, The
Cascades continued to accommodate my companies as our needs grew.
Our experience was wonderful. It was a pleasure to have launched and
grown our business in such a well-recognized and respected office complex.
There are simply too many attributes that be added to the overall value of being a tenant there.
Thank you all of you and the other professionals at Dalfen America who did there best to make
our stay a pleasant one. We will continue to recommend The Cascades to other professionals
without hesitation.

Lewis and I
wanted to take a moment to thank you for promptly attending
to the damage our unit suffered during hurricane Wilma. We
had overwhelming feelings of despair and defeat when we entered
our water damaged offices. I was literally brought to tears
when I saw water gushing from the ceiling onto our printing
presses. As you know, we have dedicated a tremendous amount
of time and energy in guiding our family business back on
track this year and we were ill prepared for the emotional
and financial toll the hurricane took on us. On the positive
side, we were lucky to get the water removal company working
on the flood quickly, preventing further damage and excessive
mold. Also, we are blessed to have a dedicated staff that
has rallied to bring us “back to business as usual”. Shelly
and Loxley’s concern and competency in attending to the damage
quickly enabled us to begin the recovery process sooner than
we expected. Again, we just wanted to say thanks.

As a tenant of Parker Court Business Center, I feel this letter is appropriate regarding our Business Center. Southern Champion Construction, Inc. has always been treated very professionally in a sensible manner. Patricia Harris conducts herself in a pleasant and efficient way. She is a delight to work with.
We chose Parker Court Business Center for its location, friendliness, the landscaping and cleanliness and most importantly because they worked hard to have our suite completed in a timely manner.
Overall, our park is quiet and everyone seems to be very content with the surroundings.
